EarnFlow
Snow removal software

Snow routes, seasonal contracts and proof of every push.

For landscapers who plow in winter and snow contractors who do nothing else. Sell the season in October, stake the routes in November, and on storm nights see every truck on the map while the office knows exactly which driveways are done.

Same plan as the rest of the year: $59 a month plus $19 per extra user · Yearly: 2 months free

Before the first storm

Sell the season. Plan the routes.

Seasonal contracts, approved online

Send a seasonal contract as an estimate: driveway and walkway for the season, salt per visit, commercial lots by the season. Customers approve from their email; the deposit invoice is one click away.

Routes by crew

Tag every snow customer with its route: Route A for midtown driveways, Route B for commercial lots, Route C for the west end. Each customer's route shows right in the customer list.

Stake-out day

Book each route's stake-out and site walk as a day of short visits. Each crew sees its stops in order on its phone, with gate codes and notes about obstacles.

Storm night

Every truck on the map. Every stop accounted for.

Crews check in when they head out. With their consent, the office sees each truck live and each route along the roads, with stops ticking over to done as drivers mark them complete.

The live map with each crew's route, live positions and the remaining stops

Priority lots first. Mark hospitals, clinics and commercial lots high priority and the suggested route clears them first, even when that costs a few minutes of driving.

Proof of service. Every visit records when the crew was on the way, started and finished, with photos and notes attached. When a slip-and-fall letter arrives in March, the record is there.

Who's where, and who's done. Time tracking counts every hour on the clock, so payroll after a 14-hour storm isn't a guess.

Billing

Seasonal, per push or per salt.

Bill a seasonal contract as one line, or bill each plow visit and salt application from your catalog. Card payments go straight to your Stripe account, and Collections follows up on what's late.

What's not built yet

EarnFlow doesn't read weather forecasts or snowfall totals, and there is no single "run the route for this storm" button: today you book a route's visits for the storm, and EarnFlow orders them, routes the trucks and tracks them. If those matter most to you, tell us in a demo.

Snow removal software questions

Can I use the same software for landscaping in summer and snow in winter?

Yes. That's what EarnFlow is built around: the same customers, crews and map all year, with snow customers tagged by route. See landscaping software.

How do seasonal contracts work?

Create the contract as an estimate from your catalog (for example a seasonal driveway contract plus salt applications), send it, and the customer approves it online. Invoice a deposit or the full season when you choose.

Can I see where my plow trucks are?

Yes, while the crew is checked in and has agreed to share their location at check-in. Phones report their position every few minutes, the map refreshes every 20 seconds while a crew is live, and sharing stops when they check out. EarnFlow doesn't connect to vehicle GPS units.

Does it keep records for slip-and-fall claims?

Every visit keeps its status times (on the way, started, completed), the crew, notes and photos, in an audit trail that can't be edited after the fact. That's the record most insurers and lawyers ask for.

Is yearly billing available for seasonal businesses?

Yes: 12 months for the price of 10, with the 30-day free trial first. You can also release seats when the season ends and add them back later.
