Price installs from your catalog: interlock per square foot, mulch per yard, labour per crew hour. The customer approves from their email, the approved estimate becomes the job, and the finished job becomes the invoice.
Draft an estimate from a description. "Take out 40 ft of cedar hedge, two garden beds, eight shrubs, mulch." The Estimator picks lines from your catalog and code prices every one. It uses Claude by Anthropic, so it asks for your consent first.
Unbilled work gets caught. Completed jobs with no invoice show on Home, and the Revenue recovery agent drafts the invoice to the cent of the approved estimate.
Paid on site or online. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay into your own Stripe account, including by QR code at the property. Collections reminders follow up on the days you choose.

Does it optimize routes for my crews?
Yes. Every crew's day is shown as a route along the roads, starting from where the truck is once the crew checks in. When a faster order exists, EarnFlow shows what it saves in minutes, kilometres and dollars, puts emergencies first, and books it with one click within the crew's working hours.
Can my crews use it on their phones?

Does EarnFlow charge HST?
