EarnFlow is a Toronto software company building the operating system for field service businesses: software that connects planning the day, doing the work and getting paid for it. It launched in October 2026.
The people who do the work shouldn't lose money on the paperwork.
A two-truck plumbing company and a two-hundred-truck one lose money in the same places: the job nobody invoiced, the estimate nobody chased, the technician stuck in traffic, the reminder nobody sent. The big company has people for that. We think software should connect the day for everyone else, propose the follow-ups, and let the business decide how much of it runs on its own. That belief decides what we build and what we leave out.

People approve, software proposes
Automation earns trust by asking first. Every agent and optimizer in EarnFlow shows exactly what it wants to do and waits, unless you explicitly let it act alone.
Deterministic where it counts
Reminders, collections, routing and recurring bookings follow rules and your templates. Same inputs, same result. We'll use language models only where words need drafting, and only with consent.
Auditable by default
Every change is recorded in a tamper-evident log. Our own staff cannot see your data without your approval. We'd rather be boring about security than sorry.
Simple to buy
One plan, everything included, priced per person. No gated features, no "AI tier", no sales call required to see a price.
Honest about what's on
If a feature isn't switched on yet, this site says so. We'd rather you decide with the facts than discover a gap after you've moved your customers in.
Field first
If it doesn't work in a parking lot with one thumb, it doesn't ship. My Day exists because technicians shouldn't have to open the office app.

Built in Toronto, priced in CAD and USD, governed by Canadian privacy law and designed to meet the strictest standards our customers face.
A small founding team that built the whole stack.
EarnFlow was founded by Shahriar Ahmadi, who leads product and engineering and runs every customer demo. The founding team built the platform end to end: the API, the web app, the mobile apps in progress and the agents, and works directly with early customers.
