Why we built it
Field service businesses rarely lose money on the work. They lose it in the gaps: the job nobody scheduled, the job nobody invoiced, the reminder nobody sent. EarnFlow connects the day so those gaps show up and get closed.

Rules, not guesses
Scheduling, reminders and recurring bookings follow rules and your own templates. The same inputs give the same result, and every suggestion comes with its reasons.

AI Dispatch plans the day onto each technician's timeline, with drive time, skills, crews and customer windows counted. Approve the plan, or let Autopilot plan each day on its own.
Shorter routes, priced. Every crew's route is on the map, live once they check in. When a better order exists, you see what it saves in minutes, kilometres and dollars, and book it with one click.
Send the day. Each person gets their route as a notification and a team-chat message. When a visit moves later, the people affected hear about it, not the whole crew.
Keep work moving

The next stop, front and centre. My Day gives each technician the route, the customer's number, the gate code and the job's notes and photos, one tap away.
On my way, start, complete. Each tap updates the job for the office, pins the technician's last stop on the map, and drafts the customer's "on my way" email for the technician to send.
Everyone in the loop. Team chat, schedule changes and visit notes live with the job. Works in any phone's browser today; native iPhone and Android apps are planned for Winter 2027.
Get paid for the work
Every job invoiced. Every dollar followed up.
From estimate to invoice without retyping. Estimates are priced from your catalog and approved online. The approved estimate becomes the job, and the completed job becomes the invoice.
Unbilled work gets caught. Completed jobs with no invoice are listed on Home, and the Revenue recovery agent drafts the invoice from the approved estimate, to the cent, for you to send.
Late payments get followed up. Customers pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, online or by QR code at the job, into your own Stripe account. Overdue invoices stay on Home, and the Collections agent drafts reminders on the days you choose, sent after you approve them or automatically once you switch it on.
