How it works
- Start your trial and export your data from your current software as CSV or Excel.
- Upload the files to Documents in your EarnFlow account, where they are virus-scanned and kept private, and approve a support access for the import.
- We import and check everything, send you a summary of what moved, and the support access ends on its own.

GST, HST, PST and QST, the Canadian way.
EarnFlow is a Canadian company, and it bills and invoices in Canadian dollars by default.
- On your invoicesEach invoice carries the sales tax rate for your province: 13% HST in Ontario, 5% GST in Alberta, 14.975% GST and QST in Québec, or whatever applies to the job. Estimates can set a rate per line, so taxable materials and exempt services sit on one estimate.
- Your registration numbers printedAdd your GST/HST number and your PST or QST number once in Settings; they print on every estimate and invoice.
- Tax kept apart from the workEvery invoice records its tax separately from the work, so the tax you collected is easy to total for your return.
- On your EarnFlow subscriptionOur prices are before sales tax. We charge GST/HST or QST on subscriptions where Canadian law requires it, shown as its own line on your receipt so you can claim it back.
EarnFlow calculates tax at the rate you choose; it doesn't give tax advice. Check with your accountant which rate applies to your work.

Pricing questions
What counts as a user?
A seat for a member of your organization: anyone you invite who can sign in. Your organization fee includes the first seat. When you add people, you buy the seats they need at $19 a month each, prorated for the rest of the billing period, and you can release seats you no longer use. Each organization you run in EarnFlow is its own $59-a-month subscription.
Are there any AI usage fees?
No. AI Dispatch and the agents are optimizers and rules that run on EarnFlow's own servers, with no per-use cost. The Estimator, which drafts estimates from a description using a language model, is included in the plan; administrators can see its usage and set limits per person.
Can I text my customers?
Not yet. Texting from your own business number is built and will be switched on after carrier registration. Until then, every confirmation, reminder and follow-up goes by email. The plan will include a monthly text allowance; we'll publish the details here when it's on.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
Yes, but it isn't charged during the trial. Your first organization gets 30 days of the full Organization plan, monthly or yearly; you add a card when you set it up, and the first charge is when the trial ends. Cancel before then and nothing is charged. Additional organizations are billed from the day they are set up.
How does yearly billing work?
Yearly is 12 months for the price of 10: $590 a year for the organization including the first user, and $190 a year for each additional user. Choose it when you add your card. Seats you add during the year are charged for the rest of the year, prorated, and seats you release stop at the next renewal. Cancel any time before your renewal date and you keep EarnFlow until the end of the year you paid for.
How do I cancel?
From Settings → Billing, an owner or administrator can cancel at the end of the current billing period, change payment methods and download invoices through the billing portal. Your data stays available until the period ends.
What currency will I be charged in?
Canadian or US dollars, chosen when you subscribe. Prices are the same number in both currencies and are before sales tax; see Canadian sales tax.
Are there any fees on customer payments?
Online and QR-code payments go straight to your own Stripe account, so Stripe's standard processing fees apply. EarnFlow does not add a platform fee on the Organization plan.
Will I be able to buy the plan from the mobile apps?
No. Subscriptions are managed on the web by an account owner or administrator. The apps will show your plan, users and what's included, read-only.
Do you offer non-profit pricing?
Not as a self-serve option today. Contact sales and we'll talk it through.
Is importing my data really free?
