EarnFlow for iPhone and Android planned for Winter 2027

TORONTO, Ontario — October 12, 2026

EarnFlow today announced native apps for iPhone and Android, both planned for Winter 2027. Unlike companion apps that expose a subset of a platform, EarnFlow for iPhone is being built to cover every customer-facing module: the home dashboard, map, jobs, scheduling and the dispatch board, AI Dispatch, the agents' review inbox, team chat, customers, employees, time tracking, catalog, estimates, invoices, payments, reports, documents, notifications, administration, the audit trail and settings. EarnFlow for Android will start with the field: My Day, jobs, the schedule and team chat.

My Day for technicians

Technicians will open the app on My Day: their route on a map, the next stop with Navigate and Call, and one-tap progress through On my way, Start visit and Complete visit. The customer's "on my way" update is drafted and waiting with Send or Skip. Today's route, job notes and checklists stay on the phone, and changes made without signal are sent when the connection returns.

Designed for privacy

The apps capture location only when in use and only once per action, such as clocking in or tapping On my way, and never in the background. Update, October 15, 2026: crews can now share their location while checked in, if they agree at each check-in, so the office sees them live on the map; sharing stops at check-out. They declare no tracking, use the system photo picker instead of requesting the photo library, and offer in-app account deletion that erases personal data and revokes every session. App Lock protects the iPhone app with Face ID or Touch ID, and sign-in tokens are stored only in the device keychain.

The EarnFlow web app, including My Day, works in any phone's browser at app.earnflow.ca today.
