EarnFlow launches an operations platform for field service businesses
One workspace for scheduling, dispatch, invoicing, payments and team chat, with rule-based agents that follow up on every dollar and ask a person before anything reaches a customer.
EarnFlow today announced the availability of its operations platform for field service businesses, on the web at app.earnflow.ca. EarnFlow brings customers, jobs, scheduling, dispatch, estimates, invoices, online payments, time tracking, documents and team chat into a single workspace, and adds a set of rule-based agents that handle the follow-up work small businesses most often miss.
"Field-service businesses don't lose money on the work. They lose it in the gaps: the completed job nobody invoiced, the estimate that went quiet, the reminder nobody sent," said Shahriar Ahmadi, founder of EarnFlow. "EarnFlow closes those gaps automatically, and shows a person exactly what it wants to do before it does it."
AI Dispatch
EarnFlow's AI Dispatch places a day's backlog onto technicians' timelines with one tap, counting drive time, skills, customer windows and daily limits, and proposes repairs as the day unfolds: covering absences, staffing unassigned visits and rerouting around a late technician. It is a deterministic optimizer, not a language model: the same inputs always produce the same plan. Dispatchers review every suggested change with its score breakdown, approve per change, per person or all at once, and send each technician their day as a notification and a team-chat message. An optional Autopilot plans every workday at a set time.
Agents
Six rule-based agents run each workday and place what they prepare in one review inbox: customer updates (booking confirmations, reminders, on-my-way and running-late emails), collections (escalating reminders and payment plans for overdue invoices), revenue recovery (invoices drafted for completed work nobody billed and follow-ups on unanswered estimates), recurring service (next visits booked at the customer's usual time), capacity (forecasts that flag overtime and hiring needs) and review requests (a thank-you and a review link after a paid job). An impact report shows each organization the hours and dollars the agents saved it, month by month.
Built for trust
EarnFlow records every change in a tamper-evident audit trail, supports two-factor sign-in, isolates each organization's data, and allows access by EarnFlow staff only under a grant the customer approves. No feature sent customer data to an AI provider at launch. Update, October 15, 2026: the Estimator, which drafts estimates with Claude by Anthropic, is now available with each person's consent. AI Dispatch and the agents still run entirely on EarnFlow's servers. Customer texting from each business's own number, estimates drafted from a plain description and QuickBooks Online sync are built and will be switched on in the coming months.
Availability and pricing
EarnFlow is available today on the web at app.earnflow.ca with a 30-day free trial. The Organization plan is $59 a month per organization including one user, plus $19 a month for each additional user, with AI Dispatch, the agents, reports, integrations and the API included. Native iPhone and Android apps are planned for Winter 2027.
